During our stay, the hotel was quite spacious, very comfortable, and perfectly located with excellent public transport connections. However, it's a bit far from the center, so taking a bus might be necessary. The service was helpful and friendly, but demanding additional money for an 11 am check-in appointment seemed unreasonable. The location is superb, especially for business travelers in the Bank area or St Paul. Nonetheless, the air freshener sprayed in the corridors created a mix of unpleasant odors. Dining at Sint Katherine Docks at 'Côte' was convenient with fresh seasonal fruits available. The facilities were decent, but sacks blocking emergency exits were concerning.
