Reviews and Ratings
The hotel is ideally situated for exploring the city, within walking distance of iconic landmarks like St Paul’s Cathedral and Tower Bridge. Great for couples, but less ideal for friends traveling together. Just be mindful of additional costs for extras like dry cleaning.
I had a pleasant stay at the hotel. While the room I stayed in didn't offer a great view facing offices and had some noise from the tube line below, the location was superb for easy access to public transport and nearby attractions. The service was friendly, though a refund I received seemed insufficient. The central location made it convenient for sightseeing and exploring the city. Despite some room for improvement in certain areas, it was a decent choice for a stay.
The hotel is wonderfully located at the center of London, amidst a tranquil area, making it convenient to reach popular attractions like St Paul's Cathedral, London Bridge, and Bank Station. The rooms were incredibly spacious and comfortable, offering great value for money, with the added convenience of a free cell phone-type device for navigating the city or making local calls, although they were a bit dirty upon entry. The service was top-notch, always available, friendly, and accommodating, despite some attempts to hide odors with air freshener. There are dining options nearby, such as Côte for a quick bite, and the facilities are well-maintained.
I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms were spacious but faced the offices and the noise from the tube line below was noticeable. The location was convenient for sightseeing and office visits, but the views were not great. The service was a mix of miserable and lovely. While some staff members were nice and helpful, others seemed unhappy. The dining options were limited but functional, and the facilities were decent overall.
The hotel was fine but a bit pricey, with rooms overlooking offices that required keeping the curtains down all day. The service was helpful and communicative but slightly rude to some. The location was great, conveniently close to the tube and St Paul's Cathedral. Dining options were satisfactory with easy access to nearby spots. Some areas of the hotel felt like a maze due to closed-off roads.
The hotel is centrally located in the city, offering very spacious and clean rooms perfect for families. Despite some disruptions during sleep, the overall stay was pleasant. The service was a bit inconsistent with hints of being disinterested, but the location was superb for sightseeing and shopping. Dining options were available nearby, and the facilities were adequate for a comfortable stay.
The apartment is in a great location, close to the city center, with nice big apartments that are spotless. The service is very helpful, although there is a number to call for assistance as staff are not always present. The dining options, despite having paid for them, include a disappointing experience. The internet access was problematic, but the facilities are good overall.
During our stay, the hotel was quite spacious, very comfortable, and perfectly located with excellent public transport connections. However, it's a bit far from the center, so taking a bus might be necessary. The service was helpful and friendly, but demanding additional money for an 11 am check-in appointment seemed unreasonable. The location is superb, especially for business travelers in the Bank area or St Paul. Nonetheless, the air freshener sprayed in the corridors created a mix of unpleasant odors. Dining at Sint Katherine Docks at 'Côte' was convenient with fresh seasonal fruits available. The facilities were decent, but sacks blocking emergency exits were concerning.
I stayed at the hotel for a family occasion at The Ned. The rooms were tired and in need of decoration but had ample space, a lounge area, TV, and a well-established kitchen. However, the bed was uncomfortable for four people. The hotel is conveniently located near The Ned. The staff were helpful and polite, especially upon arrival. The service was excellent and near tourist attractions. The location was nice and quiet on the weekend, with close access to public transport, restaurants, bars, and attractions. Despite paying for it, dining options were available nearby, such as at Sint Katherine Docks at the 'Côte'.
